| Numbers 10:1 | Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, | And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, | And the Lord said to Moses, |
| Numbers 10:2 | Make you two trumpets of silver; of beaten work shall you make them: and you shall use them for the calling of the congregation, and for the journeying of the camps. | Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps. | Make two silver horns of hammered work, to be used for getting the people together and to give the sign for the moving of the tents. |
| Numbers 10:3 | When they shall blow them, all the congregation shall gather themselves to you at the door of the tent of meeting. | And when they shall blow with them, all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. | When they are sounded, all the people are to come together to you at the door of the Tent of meeting. |
| Numbers 10:4 | If they blow but one, then the princes, the heads of the thousands of Israel, shall gather themselves to you. | And if they blow but with one trumpet, then the princes, which are heads of the thousands of Israel, shall gather themselves unto thee. | If only one of them is sounded, then the chiefs, the heads of the thousands of Israel, are to come to you. |
| Numbers 10:5 | When you blow an alarm, the camps that lie on the east side shall take their journey. | When ye blow an alarm, then the camps that lie on the east parts shall go forward. | When a loud note is sounded, the tents placed on the east side are to go forward. |
| Numbers 10:6 | When you blow an alarm the second time, the camps that lie on the south side shall take their journey: they shall blow an alarm for their journeys. | When ye blow an alarm the second time, then the camps that lie on the south side shall take their journey: they shall blow an alarm for their journeys. | At the sound of a second loud note, the tents on the south side are to go forward: the loud note will be the sign to go forward. |

| Numbers 10:8 | The sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow the trumpets; and they shall be to you for a statute forever throughout your generations. | And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow with the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an ordinance for ever throughout your generations. | The horns are to be sounded by the sons of Aaron, the priests; this is to be a law for you for ever, from generation to generation. |
| Numbers 10:9 | When you go to war in your land against the adversary who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets; and you shall be remembered before Yahweh your God, and you shall be saved from your enemies. | And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the LORD your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies. | And if you go to war in your land against any who do you wrong, then let the loud note of the horn be sounded; and the Lord your God will keep you in mind and give you salvation from those who are against you. |
| Numbers 10:10 | Also in the day of your gladness, and in your set feasts, and in the beginnings of your months, you shall blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace-offerings; and they shall be to you for a memorial before your God: I am Yahweh your God. | Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the LORD your God. | And on days of joy and on your regular feasts and on the first day of every month, let the horns be sounded over your burned offerings and your peace-offerings; and they will put the Lord in mind of you: I am the Lord your God. |
