Matthew 8:1When he came down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.When he had come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.And when he had come down from the mountain, great crowds followed him.
Matthew 8:2Behold, a leper came to him and worshipped him, saying, "Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean."And behold, there came a leper and worshiped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.And behold, a leper came up to [him] and did him homage, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou art able to cleanse me.
Matthew 8:3Jesus stretched out his hand, and touched him, saying, "I want to. Be made clean." Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.And he stretched out his hand and touched him, saying, I will; be cleansed. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
Matthew 8:4Jesus said to him, "See that you tell nobody, but go, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them."And Jesus saith to him, See thou tell no man; but go, show thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony to them.And Jesus says to him, See thou tell no man, but go, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift which Moses ordained, for a testimony to them.
Matthew 8:5When he came into Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking him,And when Jesus had entered into Capernaum, there came to him a centurion, beseeching him,And when he had entered into Capernaum, a centurion came to him, beseeching him,
Matthew 8:6and saying, "Lord, my servant lies in the house paralyzed, grievously tormented."And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick with the palsy, grievously tormented.and saying, Lord, my servant lies paralytic in the house, suffering grievously.
Matthew 8:7Jesus said to him, "I will come and heal him."And Jesus saith to him, I will come and heal him.And Jesus says to him, *I* will come and heal him.
Matthew 8:8The centurion answered, "Lord, I'm not worthy for you to come under my roof. Just say the word, and my servant will be healed.The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldst come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant will be healed.And the centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not fit that thou shouldest enter under my roof; but only speak a word, and my servant shall be healed.
Matthew 8:9For I am also a man under authority, having under myself soldiers. I tell this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and to another, 'Come,' and he comes; and to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it."For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.For *I* also am a man under authority, having under me soldiers, and I say to this [one], Go, and he goes; and to another, Come, and he comes; and to my bondman, Do this, and he does it.
Matthew 8:10When Jesus heard it, he marveled, and said to those who followed, "Most assuredly I tell you, I haven't found so great a faith, not even in Israel.When Jesus heard it, he marveled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say to you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.And when Jesus heard it, he wondered, and said to those who followed, Verily I say unto you, Not even in Israel have I found so great faith.
Matthew 8:11I tell you that many will come from the east and the west, and will sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the Kingdom of Heaven,And I say to you, that many shall come from the east and the west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.But I say unto you, that many shall come from [the] rising and setting [sun], and shall lie down at table with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of the heavens;
Matthew 8:12but the sons of the kingdom will be thrown out into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and the gnashing of teeth."But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into utter darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.but the sons of the kingdom shall be cast out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
Matthew 8:13Jesus said to the centurion, "Go your way. Let it be done for you as you as you have believed." His servant was healed in that hour.And Jesus said to the centurion, Depart; and as thou hast believed, so be it done to thee. And his servant was healed in the same hour.And Jesus said to the centurion, Go, and as thou hast believed, be it to thee. And his servant was healed in that hour.
Matthew 8:14When Jesus came into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother lying sick of a fever.And when Jesus had come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick with a fever.And when Jesus had come to Peter's house, he saw his mother-in-law laid down and in a fever;
Matthew 8:15He touched her hand, and the fever left her. She got up and served him.And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered to them.and he touched her hand, and the fever left her, and she arose and served him.
Matthew 8:16When evening came, they brought to him many possessed with demons. He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick;When the evening was come, they brought to him many that were possessed with demons: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick;And when the evening was come, they brought to him many possessed by demons, and he cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all that were ill;
Matthew 8:17that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying: "He took our infirmities, and bore our diseases."That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, He himself took our infirmities, and bore our sicknesses.so that that should be fulfilled which was spoken through Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities and bore our diseases.
Matthew 8:18Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave the order to depart to the other side.Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandment to depart to the other side.And Jesus, seeing great crowds around him, commanded to depart to the other side.
Matthew 8:19A scribe came, and said to him, "Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go."And a certain scribe came, and said to him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.And a scribe came up and said to him, Teacher, I will follow thee whithersoever thou mayest go.
Matthew 8:20Jesus said to him, "The foxes have holes, and the birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head."And Jesus saith to him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.And Jesus says to him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the heaven roosting-places; but the Son of man has not where he may lay his head.
Matthew 8:21Another of his disciples said to him, "Lord, allow me first to go and bury my father."And another of his disciples said to him, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.But another of his disciples said to him, Lord, suffer me first to go away and bury my father.

Matthew 8:23When he got into a boat, his disciples followed him.And when he had entered into a boat, his disciples followed him.And he went on board ship and his disciples followed him;
Matthew 8:24Behold, a great tempest arose in the sea, so much that the boat was covered with the waves, but he was asleep.And behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the boat was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.and behold, [the water] became very agitated on the sea, so that the ship was covered by the waves; but *he* slept.
Matthew 8:25They came to him, and woke him up, saying, "Save us, Lord! We are dying!"And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.And the disciples came and awoke him, saying, Lord save: we perish.
Matthew 8:26He said to them, "Why are you fearful, oh you of little faith?" Then he got up, rebuked the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm.And he saith to them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.And he says to them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then, having arisen, he rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.
Matthew 8:27The men marveled, saying, "What kind of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?"But the men marveled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!But the men were astonished, saying, What sort [of man] is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him?
Matthew 8:28When he came to the other side, into the country of the Gergesenes, two people possessed with demons met him there, coming forth out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no man could pass by that way.And when he had come to the other side, into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with demons, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.And there met him, when he came to the other side, to the country of the Gergesenes, two possessed by demons, coming out of the tombs, exceeding dangerous, so that no one was able to pass by that way.
Matthew 8:29Behold, they cried out, saying, "What do we have to do with you, Jesus, Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?"And behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?And behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Son of God? hast thou come here before the time to torment us?
Matthew 8:30Now there was a herd of many pigs feeding far away from them.And there was a good way off from them a herd of many swine, feeding.Now there was, a great way off from them, a herd of many swine feeding;
Matthew 8:31The demons begged him, saying, "If you cast us out, permit us to go away into the herd of pigs."So the demons besought him, saying, If thou expellest us, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.and the demons besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, send us away into the herd of swine.
Matthew 8:32He said to them, "Go!" They came out, and went into the herd of pigs: and behold, the whole herd of pigs rushed down the cliff into the sea, and died in the water.And he said to them, Go. And when they had come out, they went into the herd of swine: and behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.And he said to them, Go. And they, going out, departed into the herd of swine; and lo, the whole herd [of swine] rushed down the steep slope into the sea, and died in the waters.
Matthew 8:33Those who fed them fled, and went away into the city, and told everything, and what happened to those who were possessed with demons.And they that kept them, fled, and went into the city, and told every thing; and what had befallen to the possessed with demons.But they that fed them fled, and went away into the city and related everything, and what had happened as to those possessed by demons.
Matthew 8:34Behold, all the city came out to meet Jesus. When they saw him, they begged that he would depart from their borders.And behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their borders.And behold, the whole city went out to meet Jesus; and when they saw him, they begged [him] to go away out of their coasts.
