Matthew 7:1"Don't judge, so that you won't be judged.Judge not, that ye be not judged.Judge not, that you may not be judged,
Matthew 7:2For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged: and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you.For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and the measure which ye give, shall be measured to you again. For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged: and with what measure you mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Matthew 7:3Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but don't consider the beam that is in your own eye?And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thy own eye?Any why seest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye; and seest not the beam that is in thy own eye?
Matthew 7:4Or how will you tell your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye;' and behold, the beam is in your own eye?Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thy eye; and behold, a beam is in thy own eye?Or how sayest thou to thy brother: Let me cast the mote out of thy eye; and behold a beam is in thy own eye?
Matthew 7:5You hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother's eye.Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thy own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam in thy own eye, and then shalt thou see to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
Matthew 7:6"Don't give that which is holy to the dogs, neither cast your pearls before the pigs, lest perhaps they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.Give not that which is holy to dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.Give not that which is holy to dogs; neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest perhaps they trample them under their feet, and turning upon you, they tear you.
Matthew 7:7"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened to you.Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and the door shall be opened to you:Ask, and it shall be given you: seek, and you shall find: knock, and it shall be opened to you.
Matthew 7:8For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened. For every one that asketh, receiveth; and he that seeketh, findeth; and to him that knocketh, the door shall be opened. For every one that asketh, receiveth: and he that seeketh, findeth: and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened.
Matthew 7:9Or what man is there of you, who, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone?Or what man is there of you, who, if his son shall ask bread, will give him a stone?Or what man is there among you, of whom if his son shall ask bread, will he reach him a stone?
Matthew 7:10Or if he asks for a fish, who will give him a serpent?Or if he shall ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?Or if he shall ask him a fish, will he reach him a serpent?
Matthew 7:11If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!If ye then being evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Father who is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?If you then being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children: how much more will your Father who is in heaven, give good things to them that ask him?
Matthew 7:12Therefore whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them; for this is the law and the prophets. Therefore all things whatever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. All things therefore whatsoever you would that men should do to you, do you also to them. For this is the law and the prophets.
Matthew 7:13Enter in by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter in by it.Enter ye in at the strait gate; for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there are who go in by it.Enter ye in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there are who go in thereat.
Matthew 7:14How narrow is the gate, and restricted is the way that leads to life! Few are those who find it.Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth to life, and few there are that find it.How narrow is the gate, and strait is the way that leadeth to life: and few there are that find it!
Matthew 7:15"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves.Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.Beware of false prophets, who come to you in the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Matthew 7:16By their fruits you will know them. Do you gather grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles?Ye shall know them by their fruits: Do men gather grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles:By their fruits you shall know them. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Matthew 7:17Even so, every good tree brings forth good fruit; but the corrupt tree brings forth evil fruit.Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, and the evil tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
Matthew 7:18A good tree can't bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can an evil tree bring forth good fruit.
Matthew 7:19Every tree that doesn't grow good fruit is cut down, and thrown into the fire.Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit, shall be cut down, and shall be cast into the fire.
Matthew 7:20Therefore, by their fruits you will know them.Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them,Wherefore by their fruits you shall know them.
Matthew 7:21Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father who is in heaven. Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven: but he that doth the will of my Father who is in heaven, he shall enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 7:22Many will tell me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, didn't we prophesy by your name, by your name cast out demons, and by your name do many mighty works?'Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out demons? and in thy name done many wonderful works? Many will say to me in that day: Lord, Lord, have not we prophesied in thy name, and cast out devils in thy name, and done many miracles in thy name?
Matthew 7:23Then I will tell them, 'I never knew you. Depart from me, you who work iniquity.'And then will I profess to them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity.
Matthew 7:24"Everyone therefore who hears these words of mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man, who built his house on a rock. Therefore whoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him to a wise man, who built his house upon a rock:Every one therefore that heareth these my words, and doth them, shall be likened to a wise man that built his house upon a rock,
Matthew 7:25The rain came down, the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat on that house; and it didn't fall, for it was founded on the rock. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and they beat upon that house, and it fell not, for it was founded on a rock.
Matthew 7:26Everyone who hears these words of mine, and doesn't do them will be like a foolish man, who built his house on the sand. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened to a foolish man, who built his house upon the sand:And every one that heareth these my words, and doth them not, shall be like a foolish man that built his house upon the sand,
Matthew 7:27The rain came down, the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat on that house; and it fell and great was its fall."And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell, and great was the fall of it.And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and they beat upon that house, and it fell, and great was the fall thereof.
Matthew 7:28It happened, when Jesus had finished saying these things, that the multitudes were astonished at his teaching,And it came to pass when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine. And it came to pass when Jesus had fully ended these words, the people were in admiration at his doctrine.
Matthew 7:29for he taught them with authority, and not like the scribes. For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes. For he was teaching them as one having power, and not as the scribes and Pharisees.
