| Matthew 8:1 | When he came down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him. | Upon descending from the hill country He was followed by immense crowds. | And when he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him. |
| Matthew 8:2 | Behold, a leper came to him and worshipped him, saying, "Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean." | And a leper came to Him, and throwing himself at His feet, said, "Sir, if only you are willing you are able to cleanse me." | And behold, there came to him a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. |
| Matthew 8:3 | Jesus stretched out his hand, and touched him, saying, "I want to. Be made clean." Immediately his leprosy was cleansed. | So Jesus put out His hand and touched him, and said, "I am willing: be cleansed." Instantly he was cleansed from his leprosy; | And he stretched forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou made clean. And straightway his leprosy was cleansed. |
