Who can pardon sins but One that is, God?"Why does this [man] thus speak? he blasphemes. Who is able to forgive sins except God alone?
Mark 2:8Immediately Jesus, perceiving in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, said to them, "Why do you reason these things in your hearts? At once perceiving by His spirit that they were reasoning within themselves, Jesus asked them, "Why do you thus argue in your minds? And straightway Jesus, knowing in his spirit that they are reasoning thus within themselves, said to them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts?
Mark 2:9Which is easier, to tell the paralytic, 'Your sins are forgiven;' or to say, 'Arise, and take up your bed, and walk?'Which is easier? to say to this paralytic, `Your sins are pardoned,' or to say, `Rise, take up your mat, and walk?'Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, [Thy] sins are forgiven [thee]; or to say, Arise, and take up thy couch and walk?
Mark 2:10But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins" he said to the paralytic,But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to pardon sins" He turned to the paralytic, and said,But that ye may know that the Son of man has power on earth to forgive sins, he says to the paralytic,

Mark 2:15It happened, that he was reclining at the table in his house, and many tax collectors and sinners sat down with Jesus and his disciples, for there were many, and they followed him. When He was sitting at table in Levi's house, a large number of tax-gatherers and notorious sinners were at table with Jesus and His disciples; for there were many such who habitually followed Him.And it came to pass as he lay at table in his house, that many tax-gatherers and sinners lay at table with Jesus and his disciples; for they were many, and they followed him.

Mark 2:17When Jesus heard it, he said to them, "Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."Jesus heard the words, and He said, "It is not the healthy who require a doctor, but the sick: I did not come to appeal to the righteous, but to sinners."And Jesus having heard [it] says to them, They that are strong have not need of a physician, but those who are ill. I have not come to call righteous [men], but sinners.

And they came and asked Him, "How is it that John's disciples and those of the Pharisees are fasting, and yours are not?"And the disciples of John and the Pharisees were fasting; and they come and say to him, Why do the disciples of John and [the disciples] of the Pharisees fast, but thy disciples fast not?

As long as they have the bridegroom with them they cannot fast.
