Hebrews 11:1 | Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen. | And faith is of things hoped for a confidence, of matters not seen a conviction, | Now faith is assurance of [things] hoped for, a conviction of things not seen. |
Hebrews 11:2 | For by this, the elders obtained testimony. | for in this were the elders testified of; | For therein the elders had witness borne to them. |
