| Matthew 7:1 | `Judge not, that ye may not be judged, | Be not judges of others, and you will not be judged. | Judge not, that you may not be judged, |
| Matthew 7:2 | for in what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged, and in what measure ye measure, it shall be measured to you. | For as you have been judging, so you will be judged, and with your measure will it be measured to you. | For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged: and with what measure you mete, it shall be measured to you again. |
| Matthew 7:3 | `And why dost thou behold the mote that [is] in thy brother`s eye, and the beam that [is] in thine own eye dost not consider? | And why do you take note of the grain of dust in your brother's eye, but take no note of the bit of wood which is in your eye? | Any why seest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye; and seest not the beam that is in thy own eye? |

| Matthew 7:17 | so every good tree doth yield good fruits, but the bad tree doth yield evil fruits. | Even so, every good tree gives good fruit; but the bad tree gives evil fruit. | Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, and the evil tree bringeth forth evil fruit. |
| Matthew 7:18 | A good tree is not able to yield evil fruits, nor a bad tree to yield good fruits. | It is not possible for a good tree to give bad fruit, and a bad tree will not give good fruit. | A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can an evil tree bring forth good fruit. |
