Exodus 39:1And of the blue, and the purple, and the scarlet, they made coloured garments, to minister in the sanctuary; and they make the holy garments which [are] for Aaron, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.And of the blue and purple and scarlet they made garments of service, for service in the sanctuary, and made the holy garments for Aaron; as Jehovah had commanded Moses.And he made, of violet and purple, scarlet and fine linen, the vestments for Aaron to wear when he ministered in the holy places, as the Lord commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:2And he maketh the ephod, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen,And he made the ephod of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined byssus.So he made an ephod of gold, violet, and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, and fine twisted linen.
Exodus 39:3and they expand the plates of gold, and have cut off wires to work in the midst of the blue, and in the midst of the purple, and in the midst of the scarlet, and in the midst of the linen work of a designer;And they beat the gold into thin plates, and cut it [into] wires, to work it artistically into the blue, and into the purple, and into the scarlet, and into the byssus.With embroidered work: and he cut thin plates of gold, and drew them small into threads, that they might be twisted with the woof of the aforesaid colours,
Exodus 39:4shoulder-pieces they have made for it, joining; at its two ends it is joined.They made shoulder-pieces for it, joining it: at its two ends was it joined together.And two borders coupled one to the other in the top on either side,
Exodus 39:5And the girdle of his ephod which [is] on it is of the same, according to its work, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.And the girdle of his ephod, which was on it, was of the same, according to its work, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined byssus; as Jehovah had commanded Moses.And a girdle of the same colours, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:6And they prepare the shoham stones, set, embroidered [with] gold, opened with openings of a signet, by the names of the sons of Israel;And they wrought the onyx stones mounted in enclosures of gold, engraved with the engravings of a seal, according to the names of the sons of Israel.He prepared also two onyx stones, fast set and closed in gold, and graven by the art of a lapidary, with the names of the children of Israel:
Exodus 39:7and he setteth them on the shoulders of the ephod stones of memorial for the sons of Israel, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.And he put them on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod, [as] stones of memorial for the children of Israel; as Jehovah had commanded Moses.And he set them in the sides of the ephod for a memorial of the children of Israel, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:8And he maketh the breastplate, work of a designer, like the work of the ephod, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen;And he made the breastplate of artistic work, like the work of the ephod, of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined byssus.He made also a rational with embroidered work, according to the work of the ephod, of gold, violet, purple, and scarlet twice dyed, and fine twisted linen,
Exodus 39:9it hath been square; double they have made the breastplate, a span its length, and a span its breadth, doubled.It was square; double did they make the breastplate, a span the length thereof, and a span the breadth thereof, doubled.Foursquare, double, of the measure of a span.
Exodus 39:10And they fill in it four rows of stones; a row of a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle [is] the one row;And they set in it four rows of stones: [one] row, a sardoin, a topaz, and an emerald the first row;And he set four rows of precious stones in it. In the first row was a sardius, a topaz, and emerald.
Exodus 39:11and the second row an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond;and the second row, a carbuncle, a sapphire, and a diamond;In the second, a carbuncle, a sapphire, and a jasper.
Exodus 39:12and the third row an opal, an agate, and an amethyst;and the third row, an opal, an agate, and an amethyst;In the third, a ligurius, an agate, and an amethyst.
Exodus 39:13and the fourth row a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper set, embroidered [with] gold, in their settings.and the fourth row, a chrysolite, an onyx, and a jasper; mounted in enclosures of gold in their settings.In the fourth, a chrysolite, an onyx, and a beryl, set and enclosed in gold by their rows.
Exodus 39:14And the stones, according to the names of the sons of Israel, are twelve, according to their names, openings of a signet, each according to his name, for the twelve tribes.And the stones were according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, engraved as a seal, every one according to his name, for the twelve tribes.And the twelve stones were engraved with the names of the twelve tribes of Israel, each one with its several name.
Exodus 39:15And they make on the breastplate wreathed chains, work of thick bands, of pure gold;And they made on the breastplate chains of laced work of wreathen work, of pure gold.They made also in the rational little chains linked one to another of the purest gold,
Exodus 39:16and they make two embroidered things of gold, and two rings of gold, and put the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate,And they made two settings of gold, and two gold rings, and put the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate.And two hooks, and as many rings of gold. And they set the rings on either side of the rational,
Exodus 39:17and they put the two thick bands of gold on the two rings on the ends of the breastplate;And they put the two wreathen [cords] of gold in the two rings on the ends of the breastplate;On which rings the two golden chains should hang, which they put into the hooks that stood out in the corners of the ephod.
Exodus 39:18and the two ends of the two thick bands they have put on the two embroidered things, and they put them on the shoulders of the ephod, over-against its front.and the two ends of the two wreathen [cords] they fastened to the two settings, and put them on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod, on the front thereof.These both before and behind so answered one another, that the ephod and the rational were bound together,
Exodus 39:19And they make two rings of gold, and set [them] on the two ends of the breastplate, on its border, which [is] on the side of the ephod within;And they made two rings of gold, and put [them] on the two ends of the breastplate, on the border thereof, which faceth the ephod inwards.Being fastened to the girdle and strongly coupled with rings, which a violet fillet joined, lest they should flag loose, and be moved one from the other, as the Lord commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:20and they make two rings of gold, and put them on the two shoulders of the ephod below, over-against its front, over-against its joining, above the girdle of the ephod;And they made two rings of gold, and put them upon the two shoulder-pieces of the ephod underneath, to the front thereof, just by the coupling thereof, above the girdle of the ephod.They made also the tunick of the ephod all of violet,
Exodus 39:21and they bind the breastplate by its rings unto the rings of the ephod, with a ribbon of blue, to be above the girdle of the ephod, and the breastplate is not loosed from off the ephod, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.And they bound the breastplate with its rings to the rings of the ephod with lace of blue, that it might be above the girdle of the ephod, and that the breastplate might not be loosed from the ephod; as Jehovah had commanded Moses.And a hole for the head in the upper part at the middle, and a woven border round about the hole:
Exodus 39:22And he maketh the upper robe of the ephod, work of a weaver, completely of blue;And he made the cloak of the ephod of woven work, all of blue;And beneath at the feet pomegranates of violet, purple, scarlet, and fine twisted linen:
Exodus 39:23and the opening of the upper robe [is] in its midst, as the opening of a habergeon, a border [is] to its opening round about, it is not rent;and the opening of the cloak in its middle, as the opening of a coat of mail; a binding was round about the opening, that it should not rend.And little bells of the purest gold, which they put between the pomegranates at the bottom of the tunick round about:
Exodus 39:24and they make on the hems of the upper robe pomegranates of blue, and purple, and scarlet, twined.And they made on the skirts of the cloak pomegranates of blue and purple and scarlet, twined.To wit, a bell of gold, and a pomegranate, wherewith the high priest went adorned, when he discharged his ministry, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:25And they make bells of pure gold, and put the bells in the midst of the pomegranates, on the hems of the upper robe, round about, in the midst of the pomegranates;And they made bells of pure gold, and put the bells between the pomegranates, in the skirts of the cloak, round about, between the pomegranates:They made also fine linen tunicks with woven work for Aaron and his sons:
Exodus 39:26a bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate, [are] on the hems of the upper robe, round about, to minister in, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.a bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate, in the skirts of the cloak round about, for service; as Jehovah had commanded Moses.And mitres with their little crowns of fine linen:
Exodus 39:27And they make the coats of linen, work of a weaver, for Aaron and for his sons,And they made the vests of byssus of woven work, for Aaron, and for his sons;And linen breeches of fine linen:
Exodus 39:28and the mitre of linen, and the beautiful bonnets of linen, and the linen trousers, of twined linen,and the turban of byssus; and the ornamental caps, of byssus; and the linen trousers, of twined byssus;And a girdle of fine twisted linen, violet, purple, and scarlet twice dyed, of embroidery work, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:29and the girdle of twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, work of an embroiderer, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.and the girdle, of twined byssus, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, of embroidery; as Jehovah had commanded Moses.They made also the plate of sacred veneration of the purest gold, and they wrote on it with the engraving of a lapidary, The Holy of the Lord:
Exodus 39:30And they make the flower of the holy crown of pure gold, and write on it a writing, openings of a signet, `Holy to Jehovah;`And they made the thin plate, the holy diadem, of pure gold, and wrote on it with the writing of the engravings of a seal, Holiness to Jehovah!And they fastened it to the mitre with a violet fillet, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:31and they put on it a ribbon of blue, to put [it] on the mitre above, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.And they fastened to it a lace of blue, to fasten [it] on the turban above; as Jehovah had commanded Moses.So all the work of the tabernacle and of the roof of the testimony was finished: and the children of Israel did all things which the Lord had commanded Moses.
Exodus 39:32And all the service of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting is completed; and the sons of Israel do according to all that Jehovah hath commanded Moses; so they have done.And all the labour of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting was ended; and the children of Israel had done [it] according to all that Jehovah had commanded Moses so had they done [it].And they offered the tabernacle and the roof and the whole furniture, the rings, the boards, the bars, the pillars, and their sockets,
Exodus 39:33And they bring in the tabernacle unto Moses, the tent, and all its vessels, its hooks, its boards, its bars, and its pillars, and its sockets;And they brought the tabernacle to Moses the tent, and all its utensils, its clasps, its boards, its bars, and its pillars, and its bases;The cover of rams' skins dyed red, and the other cover of violet skins,
Exodus 39:34and the covering of rams` skins, which are made red, and the covering of badgers` skins, and the vail of the covering;and the covering of rams' skins dyed red, and the covering of badgers' skins, and the veil of separation;The veil, the ark, the bars, the propitiatory,
Exodus 39:35the ark of the testimony and its staves, and the mercy-seat;the ark of the testimony, and its staves, and the mercy-seat;The table, with the vessels thereof, and the loaves of proposition:
Exodus 39:36the table, all its vessels, and the bread of the presence;the table, all its utensils, and the shewbread;The candlestick, the lamps, and the furniture of them with the oil:
Exodus 39:37the pure candlestick, its lamps, the lamps of arrangement, and all its vessels, and the oil for the light.the pure candlestick, its lamps, the lamps set in order, and all its utensils, and the oil for the light;The altar of gold, and the ointment, and the incense of spices:
Exodus 39:38And the golden altar, and the anointing oil, and the spice-perfume, and the covering of the opening of the tent;and the golden altar, and the anointing oil, and the incense of fragrant drugs; and the curtain for the entrance of the tent;And the hanging in the entry of the tabernacle:
Exodus 39:39the brazen altar and the brazen grate which it hath, its staves, and all its vessels, the laver and its base.the copper altar, and the copper grating that was for it, its staves and all its utensils; the laver and its stand;The altar of brass, the grate, the bars, and all the vessels thereof: the laver with the foot thereof: the hangings of the court, and the pillars with their sockets:
Exodus 39:40The hangings of the court, its pillars, and its sockets; and the covering for the gate of the court, its cords, and its pins; and all the vessels of the service of the tabernacle, for the tent of meeting;the hangings of the court, its pillars, and its bases; and the curtain for the gate of the court, its cords, and its pegs; and all the vessel's of service of the tabernacle, for the tent of meeting;The hanging in the entry of the court, and the little cords, and the pins thereof. Nothing was wanting of the vessels, that were commanded to be made for the ministry of the tabernacle, and for the roof of the covenant.
Exodus 39:41the coloured clothes to minister in the sanctuary, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to act as priest in.the garments of service, for service in the sanctuary; the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and his sons' garments, to serve as priests.The vestments also, which the priests, to wit, Aaron and his sons, used in the sanctuary,
Exodus 39:42According to all that Jehovah hath commanded Moses, so have the sons of Israel done all the service;According to all that Jehovah had commanded Moses, so had the children of Israel done all the labour.The children of Israel offered as the Lord had commanded.
Exodus 39:43and Moses seeth all the work, and lo, they have done it as Jehovah hath commanded; so they have done. And Moses doth bless them.And Moses saw all the work, and behold, they had done it as Jehovah had commanded so had they done [it]; and Moses blessed them.And when Moses saw all things finished, he blessed them.
