Mark 16:1 | And the sabbath having past, Mary the Magdalene, and Mary of James, and Salome, bought spices, that having come, they may anoint him, | And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalen, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought sweet spices, that coming, they might anoint Jesus. | When the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought spices, that they might come and anoint him. |
Mark 16:2 | and early in the morning of the first of the sabbaths, they come unto the sepulchre, at the rising of the sun, | And very early in the morning, the first day of the week, they come to the sepulchre, the sun being now risen. | Very early on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen. |
