He replied; "in solemn truth I tell you that there will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be pulled down."But he, answering, said to them, See you not all these things? truly I say to you that here there will not be one stone resting on another, which will not be pulled down.
Matthew 24:3And when he is sitting on the mount of the Olives, the disciples came near to him by himself, saying, `Tell us, when shall these be? and what [is] the sign of thy presence, and of the full end of the age?`Afterwards He was on the Mount of Olives and was seated there when the disciples came to Him, apart from the others, and said, "Tell us when this will be; and what will be the sign of your Coming and of the Close of the Age?"And while he was seated on the Mountain of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, Make clear to us, when will these things be? and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the world?
Matthew 24:4And Jesus answering said to them, `Take heed that no one may lead you astray,"Take care that no one misleads you," answered Jesus;And Jesus said to them in answer, Take care that you are not tricked.
Matthew 24:5for many shall come in my name, saying, I am the Christ, and they shall lead many astray,"for many will come assuming my name and saying `I am the Christ;' and they will mislead many.For people will come in my name, saying, I am the Christ; and a number will be turned from the true way through them.
Matthew 24:6and ye shall begin to hear of wars, and reports of wars; see, be not troubled, for it behoveth all [these] to come to pass, but the end is not yet.And before long you will hear of wars and rumours of wars. Do not be alarmed, for such things must be; but the End is not yet.And news will come to you of wars and talk of wars: do not be troubled, for these things have to be; but it is still not the end.
Matthew 24:7`For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places;For nation will rise in arms against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places;For nation will be moved against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and men will be without food, and the earth will be shaking in different places;
Matthew 24:8and all these [are] the beginning of sorrows;but all these miseries are but like the early pains of childbirth.But all these things are the first of the troubles.
Matthew 24:9then they shall deliver you up to tribulation, and shall kill you, and ye shall be hated by all the nations because of my name;"At that time they will deliver you up to punishment and will put you to death; and you will be objects of hatred to all the nations because you are called by my name.Then they will be cruel to you, and will put you to death: and you will be hated by all nations because of my name.

Matthew 24:15`Whenever, therefore, ye may see the abomination of the desolation, that was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (whoever is reading let him observe)"When you have seen (to use the language of the Prophet Daniel) the `Abomination of Desolation', standing in the Holy Place" let the reader observe those wordsWhen, then, you see in the holy place the unclean thing which makes destruction, of which word was given by Daniel the prophet (let this be clear to the reader),

Matthew 24:21for there shall be then great tribulation, such as was not from the beginning of the world till now, no, nor may be.for it will be a time of great suffering, such as never has been from the beginning of the world till now, and assuredly never will be again.Because in those days there will be great sorrow, such as there has not been from the start of the world till now, or ever will be.
Matthew 24:22And if those days were not shortened, no flesh would have been saved; but because of the chosen, shall those days be shortened.And if those days had not been cut short, no one would escape; but for the sake of God's own People those days will be cut short.And if those days had not been made short there would have been no salvation for any, but because of the saints those days will be made short.
Matthew 24:23`Then if any one may say to you, Lo, here [is] the Christ! or here! ye may not believe;"If at that time any one should say to you, `See, here is the Christ!' or `Here!' give no credence to it.Then if any man says to you, See, here is the Christ, or, Here; do not put faith in him;

Matthew 24:27for as the lightning doth come forth from the east, and doth appear unto the west, so shall be also the presence of the Son of Man;For just as the lightning flashes in the east and is seen to the very west, so will be the Coming of the Son of Man.Because as in a thunderstorm the bright light coming from the east is seen even in the west; so will be the coming of the Son of man.

Matthew 24:32`And from the fig-tree learn ye the simile: When already its branch may have become tender, and the leaves it may put forth, ye know that summer [is] nigh,"Now learn from the fig-tree the lesson it teaches. As soon as its branches have now become soft and it is bursting into leaf, you all know that summer is near.Now take an example from the fig-tree: when her branch has become soft and puts out its leaves, you are certain that the summer is near;
Matthew 24:33so also ye, when ye may see all these, ye know that it is nigh at the doors.So you also, when you see all these signs, may be sure that He is near at your very door.Even so, when you see all these things, you may be certain that he is near, even at the doors.
Matthew 24:34Verily I say to you, this generation may not pass away till all these may come to pass.I tell you in solemn truth that the present generation will certainly not pass away without all these things having first taken place.Truly I say to you, This generation will not come to an end till all these things are complete.
Matthew 24:35The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.Earth and sky will pass away, but it is certain that my words will not pass away.Heaven and earth will come to an end, but my words will not come to an end.

Matthew 24:37and as the days of Noah so shall be also the presence of the Son of Man;`For as it was in the time of Noah, so it will be at the Coming of the Son of Man.And as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of man.
Matthew 24:38for as they were, in the days before the flood, eating, and drinking, marrying, and giving in marriage, till the day Noah entered into the ark,At that time, before the Deluge, men were busy eating and drinking, taking wives or giving them, up to the very day when Noah entered the Ark,Because as in those days before the overflowing of the waters, they were feasting and taking wives and getting married, till the day when Noah went into the ark,
Matthew 24:39and they did not know till the flood came and took all away; so shall be also the presence of the Son of Man.nor did they realise any danger till the Deluge came and swept them all away; so will it be at the Coming of the Son of Man.And they had no care till the waters came and took them all away; so will be the coming of the Son of man.

Matthew 24:43and this know, that if the master of the house had known in what watch the thief doth come, he had watched, and not suffered his house to be broken through;But of this be assured, that if the master of the house had known the hour at which the robber was coming, he would have kept awake, and not have allowed his house to be broken into.But be certain of this, that if the master of the house had had knowledge of the time when the thief was coming, he would have been watching, and would not have let his house be broken into.
Matthew 24:44because of this also ye, become ye ready, because in what hour ye do not think, the Son of Man doth come.Therefore you also must be ready; for it is at a time when you do not expect Him that the Son of Man will come.Be ready then; for at a time which you have no thought of the Son of man will come.
Matthew 24:45`Who, then, is the servant, faithful and wise, whom his lord did set over his household, to give them the nourishment in season?"Who therefore is the loyal and intelligent servant to whom his master has entrusted the control of his household to give them their rations at the appointed time?Who is the true and wise servant, whom his lord has put over those in his house, to give them their food at the right time?
