| John 14:1 | `Let not your heart be troubled, believe in God, also in me believe; | "Let not your hearts be troubled. Trust in God: trust in me also. | Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. |
| John 14:2 | in the house of my Father are many mansions; and if not, I would have told you; I go on to prepare a place for you; | In my Father's house there are many resting-places. Were it otherwise, I would have told you; for I am going to make ready a place for you. | In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. |
| John 14:3 | and if I go on and prepare for you a place, again do I come, and will receive you unto myself, that where I am ye also may be; | And if I go and make ready a place for you, I will return and take you to be with me, that where I am you also may be. | And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. |

The things that I tell you all I do not speak on my own authority: but the Father dwelling within me carries on His own work. | Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak to you, I speak not from myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. |
