| Matthew 24:1 | And having gone forth, Jesus departed from the temple, and his disciples came near to show him the buildings of the temple, | Jesus had left the Temple and was going on His way, when His disciples came and called His attention to the Temple buildings. | And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him to show him the buildings of the temple. |
| Matthew 24:2 | and Jesus said to them, `Do ye not see all these? verily I say to you, There may not be left here a stone upon a stone, that shall not be thrown down.` | "You see all these?" He replied; "in solemn truth I tell you that there will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be pulled down." | And Jesus said to them, See ye not all these things? verily I say to you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. |
| Matthew 24:3 | And when he is sitting on the mount of the Olives, the disciples came near to him by himself, saying, `Tell us, when shall these be? and what [is] the sign of thy presence, and of the full end of the age?` | Afterwards He was on the Mount of Olives and was seated there when the disciples came to Him, apart from the others, and said, "Tell us when this will be; and what will be the sign of your Coming and of the Close of the Age?" | And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, Tell us, when will these things be? and what will be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? |
