| John 14:1 | `Let not your heart be troubled, believe in God, also in me believe; | "Don't let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me. | Let not your heart be troubled: have faith in God and have faith in me. |
| John 14:2 | in the house of my Father are many mansions; and if not, I would have told you; I go on to prepare a place for you; | In my Father's house are many mansions. If it weren't so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. | In my Father's house are rooms enough; if it was not so, would I have said that I am going to make ready a place for you? |
| John 14:3 | and if I go on and prepare for you a place, again do I come, and will receive you unto myself, that where I am ye also may be; | If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also. | And if I go and make ready a place for you, I will come back again and will take you to be with me, so that you may be where I am. |
